About this apartment rental
Bright apartment (renovated in April 2015) located in the center of Viareggio, 100 meters from the sea and the famous Promenade, from the Pineta di Ponente and from the pedestrian area of the central market, which offers infinite possibilities for entertainment and shopping. The apartment is also located in a strategic position to reach the numerous services that the town offers, even on foot, and is also easily accessible by train.
The apartment, of about 100 square meters, is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is the living area, consisting of a lounge (with sofa bed), a new fully equipped kitchen ,, a dining room (with air conditioning) , a service bathroom and an internal courtyard; on the second floor there is the sleeping area, with two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one double (with access to a small balcony), one with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts and gates on the stairs for the safety of children.
Services on request included in the price: high chair, safety barriers for the bed and baby bed (upon reservation, subject to availability check).
A few meters from the apartment you can find pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, newsagents, pharmacies, pastry shops, bars ...
If you come to visit us by car, you can buy weekly (€ 20) and monthly (€ 50) passes to park in front of or near the house.
