The apartment is located in small building in downtown Viareggio, close to shopping area and a step from the beach. Viareggio is known as resort city face on the Tyrrenian sea.
The apartment is composed by a large living room with sofa, television, corner bar, dining table.
There is an open kitchen full equipped. There are two bathroom , one full with shower and the other one is half bathroom.
A double bedroom with king size bed and big wardrobe, and twin bedroom with twin bed, one can open if need. There is a baby bed upon request.
It 's perfect for a family holiday and close to many Tuscany city as Florence, Pisa, Lucca.
Pisa airport is just 20 km far.

Le logement est spacieux et bien situé : courses, plage, visite de la ville et de la Toscane. Un ventilateur supplémentaire dans le séjour serait appréciable car il y fait très chaud.

Soggiornato per alcuni giorni (6) insieme ad amico con rispettivi figli ( di 17 anni ), soggiorno tranquillo utile come punto d’appoggio in quanto in centro e non lontanissimo dal mare, casa pulita ma un pò obsoleta negli arredamenti ( materassi sicuramente da cambiare ) e soprattutto mancanza di condizionatore d’aria,proprietà gentilissima e disponibile (al nostro arrivo ci hanno portato subito un ventilatore ).
Consiglio per soggiorno breve ma nom per soggiorno lungo

Appartamento in ottima posizione centrale. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi.
Arredamento vecchio e logoro, letto con materasso sfondato e quindi molto scomodo, lampadina nella doccia non funzionante.
Nella descrizione della proprietà vengono indicati 2 bagni ma ce n'è soltanto uno. Proprietario molto gentile ci ha consegnato le chiavi in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto.
Per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità prezzo direi che è piuttosto alto, due notti in albergo ci sarebbero probabilmente costate meno. Ci sono stata in occasione del Jova Beach party e probabilmente il prezzo è stato aumentato per quello, dato che gli alberghi erano tutti pieni.
In conclusione buon soggiorno anche se non eccezionale.. per due notti ci siamo adattate. Non lo consiglierei per soggiorni più lunghi.
