Lovely residence with breath taking views if you are on the mountain side. Newly refurbished apartments.

Excellent staff, new apartments and beautiful views of the mountains.

There were only two lifts in the residence which were constantly breaking down. I was there one week and one of the lifts was never operational. For families with elderly or disabled people could prove a real issue. This should be addressed as a shame that this lets this beautiful residence down.

Highs and lows.

We were on a ski vacation so the ski-in and ski-out location worked well. The staff were friendly. Apartment was clean. good that the residence provided towels and bed linens.

Billed as a 4-person apartment but id should have been slightly bigger apartment for 4 people. 3 was OK but 4 would have been a struggle. Could do with more hanging space. Balcony not able to sit 4 people. Picture fell off a wall and hit my son on the head while asleep in bed.

Great staff, room and views, but not a "Ski-to-door" residence \:

Staff were friendly, check in was smooth and all questions were answered (: The room was very nice, cozy and clean. Also the kitchen was well equipped! Amazing views from the room and balcony!!

This is NOT a "Ski-to-door" residence... To "Ski Out" You have to WALK from the ski room while carrying the equipment - exit 2 doors, cross a bridge to the next hotel, then down 5 steep stairs, then walk another couple of meters and only THEN you reach the snow where you can finely put on the equipment and start skiing To "Ski in" you have to take a flat piste, where you push yourself almost all the way, and then WALK all the way back again to the ski room.... Very exhausting! The main reason we booked this place and paid the price was the for the ski in\out experience, which was disappointing ):

Modern room, great location 2 minutes from the town centre, ski in ski out was brilliant, stunning views, extremely clean and has everything you need for a self catering apartment.

Not the easiest to get to and from Prodains lift with all the luggage, leave a good hour to get back as we waiting ages for a horse and sled to pick us up. Rooms weren’t the biggest, ok for 2 adults and a small child but would be a little cramped for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 older children. Outside of the building needs renovation, but looks like they may be in the process of that. Reception not always open when needed but could have been due to the Christmas period.

C’est pour ça que j’ai demandé des dommages intérêts et je suis parti trois jours en avance car il y avait vu un problème d’ascenseur, il fallait que je marche très loin avec mes enfants le soir à chaque coup il faut que je prends une navette pour y aller et pour venir ça m’a coûté beaucoup d’argent et en plus y avait beaucoup de bruit, on entendait beaucoup les appartements à côté beaucoup de bruit le soir et je pense qu’elle est pas sécurisée du tout n’importe qui, elle est demander des passes, on devait même pas de nom suffit d’donner le numéro de chambre et les portes et je me suis retrouvé plusieurs fois porte ouverte, je demande être déménagé

מיקום מעולה, סקי אין/אאוט לגמרי ברגל שתי דקות מהרחוב המרכזי באמצעות שתי מעליות. החדרים חדשים ומעוצבים יפה. מקלחת טובה. נחמדים בלובי של המלון ויש שם משחקי קופסה, מוצרי מכולת בודדים לרכישה ומכונת קפה.

צריך לעלות בשתי מעליות נפרדות לחדר וזה קצת מסורבל.
