Great location. Big and cozy apartment
The dishwasher didnt work. They tried to fix it multiple times without any success, and didnt offer any compensation because of that. The toilet had bad smell.

Quite new flat. Location was perfect.
The beds were not good enough. When we checked in the one room wasn’t clean.

Ski to the door as long as a decent standard.
Difficult to get up and down to village especially when escalators broken. Had to make up own beds and in a room that slept six would only give two keys.

Excellent location with ski in/out facilities and storage. The accommodation was across the road from aprés ski and only a short walk to main area. The apartment of 6 was spacious with two bathrooms and very clean. Would highly recommend.
We were in a different building to main reception which wasn’t made clear in the booking.

Absolutely everything. Thank you. Wifi wasnt brilliant and the super helpful man on the desk said I could hire a wifi box from Tourist board. It was €40 for the week and perfect. Coffee machine fabulous, beds super comfy, all lovely. Thank you

Location was reasonable
We felt extorted in at any possible opportunity. This seems to be the main way this accommodation makes its money. The fines/fees include but are not limited to:
Unemptied garbage = €150
Uncleaned kitchen = €200
Cleaning surcharge = €400
Lost key = €100-€400
This is all information provided to us after check out. We were encouraged to pay everything in Cash and no receipts were provided at any point.
On arrival to the accommodation beds are not made, kitchens are very poorly stocked with kitchenware. The apartment had been recently renovated but to a poor standard- not a single kitchen cupboard was attached to a wall, the dishwasher danced across the kitchen floor at night, bathroom basins leaked, etc. etc. none of the items wrong with the apartment were rectified throughout our stay. Friends staying in the same facility faced very similar issues and similar results to raising them to reception.
The way we were treated on check out put a cherry on the top of the cake. And the check out information and fines list sent to us 4 hours after check out also another level of fraudulent activity.
I would strongly suggest anyone considering Pierre Vacancies reconsiders!

Location lay out space sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children
Did not have an oven only a microwave and hob in the kitchenette, would like apartment to have been a little bigger.
We are courteous, clean and tidy people by nature and so did not need the threat of monstrous fines I.e €150 for failing to empty the bins € 250 for failing to clean the kitchenette and € 250 for failing to place dirty bed linen and towels in the bath as part of the checking out process. Left a sour taste in the mouth and caused us to have to take photos to prove compliance to alleviate our anxiety.

Well located with great access to piste
It was not properly cleaned, very dirty under beds, sofas and certain corners around the apartment. They should also provide minimum basic things like kitchen rolls, toilet paper

The reception desk staff were very curteous and helpful.
The location is great: a 10 minute walk from the Welcome Centre, ski in & ski out access from / to the pistes, and a 5 minute walk into the centre of town.
Although sparsely decorated the apartment had a lovely balcony with mountain view, and it was warm and spacious, particularly the lounge / dining area (we had 4 in a "6 person room with Mountain View").
There was plenty of storage space and a very large fridge to stock up for the week.
Walk in & out ski locker room on the ground floor.
The kitchenette was tiny and impractical when preparing food and cooking (only space for 1 person).
The mattresses on all of the (3) beds were firm and not particualrly comfortable.
Despite some alpine-themed touches, the apartment was quite plain and lacked any real character for the price.

location
Late to check in due to apartment being cleaned.
Apartment wasnt cleaned properly. Floors not swept. Old under wear found under bed.
Shower flooded bathroom.
Checking out we had to drag our luggage to Avoiriaz welcome point, because staff would not give a time. ( Busy time of year )We had waited over an hour for pick up and nearly missed our transpsort. Staff on desk didnt seem bothered.
That was the third time I have stayed and probably my last.

Excellent location. Easily to get to main street via a set of esculators. Ski to lifts from hotel door. Beautiful views over the valley. Large accomodation for a ski resort. Free transport to bus terminal.
Beds are very narrow as per most ski resort accomodation.

Easily accessible from the parking, rooms clean and well equipped, friendly reactive staff. And my dog was welcome, with lots of bons to keep everything clean and tidy.
Very quiet too - no cars allowed.
No complaints

No I toilet roll provided for duration, fold out bed wasn't very comfortable, slept on the floor instead.

the location was good but the accessed it was not easy.

It was indicated that the establishment has sauna/hammam. This was the main factor why I had chosen this place over the similarly priced ones. When we arrived on Saturday we were informed that the sauna was closed on Saturdays. Since we booked only for one night it was irrelevant for us whether it is open on other days.

The emplacement was nice, Good equipement and pretty nice view!
You have to put your lines on the bed on your own. With this price I expected that ist would be already done.

Location. Ski, Views. Restaurants. Bars
More snow but we don't blame the apartment for that!

great location
definitely too small for 5 people. we handed up coming at 4 and it was really tight.
the place was smelling horrid. the smell from the canalisations are coming up, we used wet towel to block sink exits to avoid the horrid smell :-(

The location was very good and good space in the apartment. Clean and great kitchen facilities.
Balcony was very spacious and great view down the mountains (Mountain View) We asked for late check out and were able to stay an extra hour which meant a morning on the slopes.
The Beds were very firm and the pill out sofa bed was very noisy from the springs. No safe in the room.

It is a standard block of flats; purpose built for skiing.
You could hear the people upstairs banging around. The beds didn’t have proper mattresses just a foam mat that was very narrow and uncomfortable. The bedroom had a fold down bed above the other two and if you were underneath it you would bang your head whether it was open or not, if you tried to sit up in bed.

The location was absolutely the best.
Flat was not clean when we arrived. And we also had to clean it ourselves before leaving.

spacious as we had 3 sharing. good ski locker room. nice view from balcony.
needed a few more bowls and kitchen items. A few damaged things in room could do with repairs.

Having to wait until 5pm for your room especially if you have children and have been on an early flight -previous guests have to be out at 10am

Location was great
Apartment was dirty with lots of hairs and dirt in carpets and floors and the vacuum cleaner was filthy, full of dirt with very little suction.
Our transfer dropped us off in front of another block of apartments which meant I had to carry all our luggage by myself to our block of apartments over snow - very very tiring and unpleasant.
Staff doesn't speak English well.

Location good, apartment modern and clean, location perfect
A general problem in French hotels - uncomfortable mattresses, poor pillows
