Casino & Luxury Sky High Oceanview 2BR 2BA Parking

We loved the location and the convenience of walking into the city and back in a safe location. We loved it being nextdoor to the casino and the shopping centre.

The store that keeps the keys for the apartment, the staff needs to be abit more educated on the process.

It was easy to stop at the shop to collect the keys. Amazing views and a very beautiful apartment. Will certainly be back for a longer stay. One night wasn't enough.

Good Location being close to Broadbeach, the Casino, Pacific Fair.

Communication with the owner was great until the issue with being charged by the Casino Parking (the there units parking was) since the owner and car registered with the parking card provided to us for check in had already been used and the car was present onsite we where not able to use the card, this was raised with the owner the next morning of our stay which they assured us that we would be able to use the card on exit without an issues, however this was not the case and I was charged by the Casino Parking to get out. I raised this on drop off of the keys as well as immediately emailed the owner, they replied that they would get in touch and find out how to refund this charge and since that communication I have heard nothing, even when following up and asking for feedback / and update. Booking.com customer service also have not been helpful and also have not replied to my messages.
