Beautiful view from apartment, spacious and convenient to Star and shopping centre, convenient of having parking at entry, customer service with agency was great
No ensuite, broken soap holder and shower head awkward being so high and when bought down lower didn’t hold, lifts were always busy, not enough complimentary coffee sugars satchels or milk or maybe was never stocked?

The location was excellent with most of the amenities in the walking distance including the tram station which connects the main beach and the city centre within minutes.
The shower head was broken and we had bit of hard time taking shower with constantly adjusting the shower head. The main bedroom blinds were misaligned which I had to fix it myself so I could close the blind. It was necessary to do it due to sun rises at 4:30 in the morning in QLD.
