Location, security, hotel attached convient fir meals although a little pricey
Street noise but that comes with enviroment and other than double glaze( very expnensive)

Location was great for the event we were attending
Some repairs are needed toaster would not stay down, light switch in the bathroom could not be turned off, Curtin track need repair, outdoor furniture could do with an upgrade and more seats and carpets and curtains could do with a wash.
