Broadbeach 2b2b apt FREE parking

Views are great, north facing balcony so lovely and sunny, very clean and comfortable. Pool area is lovely but is in shade from 2pm onwards. Free parking. Location central to everything we walked everywhere.

We were expecting a king bed but it was 2 x queen beds. Key collection was not timely (had to chase up collection code after 2pm) no park outside friendly grocer to collect key - so we left car at Pacific Fair and walked (10 minutes) to collect. Took us nearly an hour to pick up key, return to car, drive to Avani building and park then check in. No info in room about wifi code, check out time and procedure - had to message host for these and replies were not timely.

Close to everything we needed.

Great location. Close to everything but still quiet . Clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Free parking .

Check in process was a little awkward being off premise to pick up key and had not been provided with security code. Girl at pick up location initially told us we were in the wrong location to pick up key and tried to send us to another location. Eventually got it sorted though. Disappointed that the pool at the hotel was closed for renovation which we were not made aware of until after check in . But we were thankful and extremely appreciative that an arrangement was made to use a pool at a nearby location during our stay .
