Key collection was a little tricky but once I understood how to do it it was ok. I could see how people could get frustrated. Loved the room and facilities. Some noise one morning but that was it.
Key collection and getting into the room a bit earlier would have been nice for me. Extra key would be good for others. Switching the lock to a wifi code system would work better.

Location was great. I needed to be close to the casino for an event.
Had trouble trying to setup airplay with the TV but not a major issue. Could've been a setup issue on my end for all I know.

Incredible view and generous size
Key collection was miles away from where you actually stay, I am talking over a bridge away. The instructions of where to park and how to access the lift into the accommodation was confusing. Once you were in there was okay but overall took a long time which detracted from the overall experience. This is privately owned so you can't check in at the desk downstairs, you have to use a back entrance. Also further away from anything that it appears on the map. If you want to visit the Casino than great but anywhere else not so much.
