Nice clean warm room. Separate shared lounge and kitchen which was very useful. Close to the old town and restaurants. S

The room and en-suite were big and spacious. Very clean and nice and warm.

A little bit noisy from the club downstairs but that did not really bother me too much. We were there on the February FasNacht weekend when even the pizza place over the road stayed open till 4am.

Nice place

Location was really handy for the train. Bed was comfortable. Even though the toilet was external, it was still for private use and just next door to the room. The lounge, kitchen dining area were a nice surprise. We were there on a week night, the club below was open but we didn't hear any noise. We would stay again

Finding the key was a bit tricky. Perhaps the instruction should say "go around the back of the building". Although the wifi code was in big letters in the foyer, we missed it as we were looking for the room. Once in the room, we couldn't find a wifi code. It would be helpful to have this in the rooms or kitchen as well. We eventually found it.

Comfortable night in an ideal location to catch the Bernina Express the following morning.

Location was a 10 minute walk to the centre of Chur. The decor was inventive and had character and it was also vey comfortable. The kitchen and lounge area was good and well equipped.

Impossible to find! Pictures to show actual location needed!

Clean, comfortable bed, secure once you found it and worked out how to use the lift

Direction were not good took over an hour to find. Called owner while trying to find it and she said she cannot speak English and told me she had sent me am email with new lockbox code and message her through app. We tried this through bookings.com but did not work or allow us to create a message. We were calling cause we could not find the place or the lock box not about the code. Trird to call owner back twice after searching for over an hour in the rain and she did not answer. Eventually a worker in a takeaway shop said he knew the place and showed us to a brown door with no names or number on it and then he took us to the opposite side of that door where there was a door that was propped open and outside was the lockbox. Heating on all night and only one flat pillow per person. No cups to make coffee provided only tiny almost ornament like cups. No hairdryer. No extra plug sockets in room that we could find to use to charge phones.

OK for one night, as it’s significantly cheaper then other options in town

Clean, spacious bathroom with window, hot shower, fresh towels and temperature in the room were OK

Very strong smell, kind of perfume or hardcore softener - we couldn’t detect the source of it, so we had to open the window for the night. Smell of cigarettes at the hallway, like other people mentioned here. There really is a small nightclub in the building, but the whole town was so quiet at 9 PM, that I have no idea who even come there - we felt no danger.

The room is on top of a brothel (not clearly stated in the description) and in front of the room there is “living area” that was smelling so much of cigarette that the smell would get in the room once you open the door. During the night it was very loud.

Après réservation le propriétaire nous informe que la chambre se trouve au-dessus d'un bordel et que ce n'est pas une chambre pour passer une nuit dans le calme. Cet information aurait du être stipulée dans l'annonce avant la réservation. Le propiétaire ne nous a ensuite pas fait parvenir le code du cadenas pour la clé de la chambre et n'était plus du tout joignable. Au dernier moment nous avons du trouver un nouvel endroit pour dormir. Le lendemain aucune excuse reçue de la part du propriétaire. Merci à booking pour le remboursement rapide.

La posizione era buona e visto la neve che c'era è stato possibile usare il parcheggio interno per l'auto. L'appartamento molto pulito.

L'accettazione è inesistente,grande disagio ,dopo oltre un'ora che cercavamo di contattare l'host ,che non rispondeva,abbiamo avuto aiuto dal signore del locale Kebab di fronte che ci ha aiutato .Ci siamo trovati una combinazione che non apriva la cassaforte che conteneva la chiave.abbiamo perso ore a cercare di aprirla.la stanza è stata accogliente e' pulita,anche se devo segnalare che la stanza non ha gli scuri alle finestre e gli asciugamani pulitissimi ma non asciugano niente,niente foon e cuscini molto scarsi!

Ortak alanlar gayet büyüktü. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olabilecek malzemeler vardı. Konumu bence iyiydi. Yorumlarda zor bulunduğu yazılmış ama ev sahibi bilgileri açıklayıcı bir şekilde paylaşmıştı o yüzden rahatça eve ulaştık. Tuvalette her şey düşünülmüştü dış macunu ve diş fırçası bile vardı.

Saç kurutma makinası yoktu ve sorduğumuz zaman hizmetler kısmında zaten böyle bir hizmetlerinin olmadığını söylediler. Bence hoş bir cevap değildi. Duş odanın içerisinde transparan bir şekildeydi. Yatak kırılacak gibi ses çıkarıyordu ahşaptı sanırım.

Adres yanlış. Gece 24:00 de iki kadın yağmurda sokakta kaldık. Adresin olduğu yer streeptizbardı. Pavyon gibi bir yere düştük. Otelin telefonu açılmıyordu. İstanbul’dan ailemize aratınca açmışlar. Adres yanlış değil falan demişler. Resmen randevuevi gibi bir yerdi tarif ettikleri yer. Tabela falan yok. Otel falan değil. Dolandırıldık anlayacağınız. Paramızı aldılar. Neyseki taksi şöförü bizi bırakmadı yeri görünce gitmedi. Adrese gelince burası size olmaz, burada hayat kadınları var dedi. Karşıdaki barda yerde dayak yemiş kadın yatıyordu. Çok korktuk. Geldiğimiz taksi ile geri döndük. Taksi gitmiş olsa orada yağmurda sokakta kalmıştık. O saatte bir dolu para vererek başka bir otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık. Psikolojimiz bozuldu.Çok kötü bir olay yaşadık.Booking böyle bir yer için basıl aracılık yapar?Bookinge güvenimiz kalmadı. Paramızın iadesini istiyoruz!

Está difícil encontrar la entrada a la casa, estuvimos casi 1 hora buscando la entrada, preguntamos a la gente y nadie lo conocía ni sabían donde estaba. Falta información exterior en la fachada para encontrarlo con facilidad.

Que estaba cerca de la estación de tren.

Varias cosas, partiendo por el olor a cigarro que al parecer venía del p*terio que está en el primer piso. Una ducha frente a la.cama con una cortina de palitos, es bastante desagradable cuando no estas en un motel. La cama no tenía sabanas, era el.cubrecolchon, y mas encima tenía pelos. El baño (wc y lavamanos) no tenía pestillo y está en el acceso a la casa, por lo tanto cualquiera podría ocuparlo. Finalmente, como le.dicen en Chile, parecía un motel parejero.

Een bijzondere en voordelige overnachting in Zwitserland.

De locatie was dichtbij de stad en de parkeergarage. Het was leuk en verzorgd ingericht met mooie accessoires. Onze kamer was op de 3e etage dus hadden we geen last van de discotheek.

Het bed was raar opgemaakt en erg laag. Er was niets om normaal op te zitten om bv je sokken en schoenen aan te doen. Er hing een nicotine lucht, alsof er flink gerookt was. (wij roken niet!) We moesten de lift gebruiken, ook naar beneden.

Dreiste Unterstellungen nach Abreise.

Zunächst war der Service gut, sodass wir die Unterkunft grundsätzlich okay fanden.

Leider waren nur zwei kleine Handtücher zum abtrocknen der Hände da. Das war aber für eine Nacht gerade so machbar, daher haben wir uns nicht beschwert. Nun wird uns unterstellt, wir hätten alle restlichen Handtücher geklaut. Das ist eine Frechheit und definitiv nicht wahr. Daher würde ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage, alles sauber. Sehr preiswert!

Altbackene Möbel, Kaffee-Pads passten nicht in die Maschine. Zum Einchecken wird um 14:30 Uhr ein Code geschickt. Wer zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein Internet hat, hat ein Problem, da der Besitzer es weder telefonisch bekannt gibt noch per SMS verschickt. Zum Glück wurden wir schnell persönlich reingelassen.

Yöllä sen selvitys kotimaan kautta tuotti tuskaa, kun paikan pitäjä ei puhelimella voinut koodia antaa vaikka samaa kieltä puhuvat toisen hotellinhenkilökunnat yrittivät meille sen saada. Loppu hyvin kuitenkin, emme päätyneet kadulle yöksi. Suomen ja Sveitsin välillä puhelin ja net ei toimi kunnolla.

Ich will eine Entschuldigung und mein Geld bekommen.

Nach mehreren Versuchen hat es mir aber nicht gelungen richtige PIN zu bekommen. Nach zwei Stunden habe ich es aufgegeben und ging durch die Stadt um Übernachtung zu finden. Grausam. Zum Glück I, ist es mir gelungen. Die Reise wurde gerettet.

Vorabinfo über das Bordell im Haus wäre gut. Badezimmertür lässt sich nicht schließen. Klobrille total wackelig. Espressomaschine muss entkalkt werden. Vorab schriftlich bestätigte frühere Ankunftszeit war vor Ort dann doch nicht möglich.

Un complejo que tiene habitación cómoda y baño privado, pero aparte, sala de estar grande, cocina y lavadero de uso compartido. Las instalaciones y detalles son muy superiores a lo esperable en relación al costo. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del magico old town y en línea recta a la estación de trenes. Las instrucciones para ingresar fueron las correctas. Tiene ascensor y buen sistema de seguridad.

Muy difícil encontrar el lugar. Las coordenadas no eran las correctas, luego se corrigieron, pero sin la ayuda de personas de buena voluntad, no habríamos encontrado el acceso.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem gemütlichen und sehr nett eingerichtetem Zimmer über den Dächern von Chur. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Der Check-In über Email hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Bett war bequem. Genial fanden wir den Kühlschrank und die Kaffeemaschine. Das Zimmer liegt mitten in Chur und dadurch war die Altstadt im Nu erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
