Every thing I liked, even the big room size right at the city centre was great. House was equipped with all amenities to make stay comfortable. And cherry on top was humble, concerned and welcoming host.

It was noisy but that was because there was a festival on in chur

Great location close to train station and shops. Easy to follow instructions for check in/check out. Room has fridge, coffee machine, plates etc and nice touch with wine bottle.
Room feels crammed for two people especially if you’re traveling with a lot of things. Not many places to place your luggage/bags etc. The shared bathrooms could use a little work especially the showers. The bathroom had no way of locking so when showering it was worrying someone might open the door on you.
