Great location and original place under the roofs in the old city. Very central, you can walk everywhere. Very well equipped. There is even a great dest if you need to work.
Quite a lot of stairs, so not for older people or small children (but we did fine).

Great location as booked overnight stay before catching Bernini Express early next morning and it was 5-10 min walk to station. Complimentary bottle of red wine was appreciated. Communications with host very good.
We were in a small room on third floor which was a little dated. Coffee machine was quite loud and we didn’t want to use it early morning for fear of disturbing other guests (a kettle would be a good addition).

Great location close to train station and shops. Easy to follow instructions for check in/check out. Room has fridge, coffee machine, plates etc and nice touch with wine bottle.
Room feels crammed for two people especially if you’re traveling with a lot of things. Not many places to place your luggage/bags etc. The shared bathrooms could use a little work especially the showers. The bathroom had no way of locking so when showering it was worrying someone might open the door on you.
