Een ruim en keurig appartement, voorzien van vele gemakken, waaronder een goed voorziene keuken. Goede wifi. Prettig uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer. De auto kan in de parkeergarage worden gestald. Wij kwamen op zondag, waardoor de eigenaar moest komen om de sleutel te overhandigen. Wij hoefden niet heel lang te wachten en werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Saint Grégoire is een mooie, groene plaats net buiten Rennes. De bushalte naar het centrum en de plaatselijke winkels zijn vlakbij.
Het bed is 1,40 breed (dit was voor ons geen probleem) en het douchen moet plaatsvinden in het bad (dat was voor ons ook geen probleem, de douche werkt prima).
