The biggest selling point of this apartment is its location. The famous La Pelosa Beach is just a 15-minute walk away (trust me—you don’t want to deal with the beach parking situation).
The apartment is part of an older house that has been modernized to meet today’s standards. It offers plenty of space, making it ideal for a family. You will be alone in a small house, separated from other apartments. This was important for us.
The side garden is charming, with mature trees and bushes that create a pleasant atmosphere. The front garden, however, could use a bit more attention and care.
There is a private parking spot inside the yard, providing a safe place to leave your car overnight. From the terrace, you get a lovely view of the green waters—an extension of La Pelosa. (Just make sure to bring mosquito repellent coils.)
Overall, this is an excellent house for a family holiday, and we spent many happy hours here.
A previous guest had left chewing gum on the soap dish, which the cleaner unfortunately missed. It’s not a major issue, but it was unpleasant to touch.
The electrical sockets are quite old and have a different hole spacing than modern EU outlets. Although adapters are provided, it would be a good idea to gradually replace them with standard sockets.
Also, it would be helpful to have a few regular drinking glasses in addition to the wine glasses.
