La casa è veramente molto bella, immersa nel verde, con una bellissima vista sul mare e con un terrazzino che ti fa apprezzare albe e tramonti, molto spaziosa e situata a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Pelosa. La casa è generalmente molto fresca, non abbiamo mai dovuto accedente il condizionatore.

Un aspetto negativo è stata la presenza di cinghiali la notte che sistematicamente rovesciavano la spazzatura e di conseguenza l’arrivo di formiche.
