Authentic homely feel to the property. Lovely balcony to watch sunrise every morning. All the kitchen untensils and appliances you need. Washing machine also included. Location is great, its so close to La Pelosa. Its in a quiet little street so parking with a rental car was easy.
The air con worked okay to cool the property however in summer it might struggle. We managed by opening the windows and doors to allpw a breeze. The fridge in the kitchen also struggled to keep really cold.

La casa è dotata di tutto, molto confortevole, con una terrazza con vista dove è un piacere fare colazione e cena. Il sig.Antonio è stato molto gentile e disponibile, attento alle esigenze.
L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una luce meno "triste" ma non ha difetti da segnalare. Il problema riguarda l'esterno, il vialetto di accesso non illuminato, l'assenza di cancello e di una rete intorno al giardino, lo rende il posto ideale per le incursioni dei cinghiali. È un problema condominiale che va risolto.
