Когда-то это было очень достойная усадьба. На берегу озерца гостевой дом, созданный с размахом и претензией, но сейчас усадьба ветшает, хотя в номере люксе можно отдохнуть нормально. Большой номер, инфракрасная сауна, добротная спальная мебель.
Нужно починить мостки у озера, обмести углы от паутины, прочистить стоки, заменить банные полотенца (уж больно ветхие)

Nice location, with the lake. There is a beach voleyball court (sand with pebble stones though so it is not pleasant to fall down). Rooms were quite big with balcony (shared with all other rooms though).
There was no staff at all, we met 2 young girls on the beginning who.were making up the rooms before check-in and then absolutely no staff. Very poor equipment on the room, one room had boiling kettle, another one hadn't, only one roll of toilet paper in the room, towels were dirty, there were spiders and webs on the cellings. Pillows were rather super thin and it was like sleeping without them. The most inconvenience was tap water though - it was super concentrated by iron. The one can even smell it so it was impossible to drink it and we had to buy bottled water.
