Cheap stay & poor service

During checkout the receptionist was rude. I gave her back the key from the room and she didn't say good-bye or anything to confirm that the check-out has been processed. So I just standed there for like 5-7 minutes thinking that receptionist is preparing the invoice I requested the day before. After 5 minutes of waiting at the desk, the receptionist asked – "how can I help you?". Turns out she was doing something unrelated to my invoice in the computer and let me awkwardly stand there. I told her she didn't say Good-bye or anything indicating that my checkout has been processed to which she said – she did (besides she was supposed to give me the invoice upon checking out). Even if she did so, she should've reacted sooner and with kindness.

Simple but comfortable

Good location not far from the center and at the same time almost on the city bypass road. Shopping centre in 5 min also good. Hotel simple but comfortable for the price they offer. Breakfast also Ok. No problem with parking

Terribly dusty rooms, way too overpriced for such room conditions. Staff communication was bad. Speaking russian or so silent that you can barely hear anything.

Great stay, great hotel matches the price.

Great interior, tasty breakfast, spacious and comfortable room.

Shower temperature could randomly jump to much colder or much hotter. Breakfast was great, but selection could be a little broader, but it's appropriate for the price. Immediate surroundings are a bit depressing. Room has good heat insulation, but heating would've been preferred as the weather was quite cold.

Personal at the reception was lovely and polite; lady at breakfast could be a bit more positive - just looked really tired of everything. The location of hotel was perfect for our needs, also the bus stop is next to it, so it's comfortable to get a transport to city center. Despite that a hotel location is quite near to big road - it was very calm and quiet inside.

Do not recommend

Good sized room

Says my room will be with a fridge but I got one without a fridge. When I mentioned it to receptionist she said she can give a worse room but with fridge. Of course we refused. Towels were all in stains which looks disgusting and required changing. Toilet was uncomfortable, was not straight and was right next to the shower. So if you're desperate for a toilet while your partner is showing you will need to wait. Shower is not comfortable at all. No shelved, shower head doesn't hold in place, it moved to the wall instead of staying in the middle while showering. Water goes everywhere. Had to use the towels afterwards to wipe the floor, otherwise everything was literally flooding and we couldn't get to the toilet without getting our feet/socks wet.

I was able to check in at 3 AM. Breakfast was good enough.

The hotel is a bit 'tired', all the equipment, like furniture/carpets is quite old.

The room was clean and had a good wifi.

The room didn’t have enough hot water for 2 people to shower. Beds were a little uncomfortable. There was something bad with breakfast as our whole group of 4 was having weird feeling in stomachs for whole day despite we all had different meals.
