清潔で安心。写真通りのセンスのよい空間。
家具やキッチンや洗濯機などIKEAの製品を中心にセンスよく使いやすいタイプのものが揃っていました。食器も４人くらい分は揃っており、友人を招いて食事をするときも困ることはなかったです。ドライヤーも風量が十分ある多機能なタイプでした。暖房やシャワーの温度も十分に温かいです。食洗機にトラブルがありましたがメンテナンスの手配を迅速に行ってくれました。近くに警察や病院があり安心です。警察の前を横切るとすぐにVia Grande沿いスーパー（conado ）にも行けます。海にも歩いて行けます。フェリー乗り場からも近いので、船での移動を楽しむ方の基点にも最適かもしれません。裏手の運河や周辺の景色はリボルノらしい雰囲気があり素敵です。中心地から近く便利な上、リボルノらしい雰囲気も気軽に楽しめる立地です。
玄関のブザーが途中で鳴らなくなり少し不便でした。食洗機もメンテナンスは即時に対応してくれましたが、備え付けの洗剤と相性が悪かったのか不具合はありました。
