About this apartment rental
The apartment is located near the sea, which is about 300 meters away: it is therefore particularly suitable to enjoy the pleasantness of a beach holiday between spring and autumn in particular to families with children or teenagers, thanks to the possibility access in a few minutes on foot to the equipped beach of Tre Ponti, or to other points of access to the sea of Viale Italia. Lido baths are easily reachable on a 5-minute walk.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey building and enjoys a private garden of 350 sqm on 3 sides; the inside is equipped with laundry area, equipped with sink, washing machine and space to hang out the laundry. The outside, very large, facing west, has shady areas created by large red, pink and yellow oleanders, with flower beds pleasant to the eye. The interior, of about 120 square meters, well distributed, consists of kitchen and bathroom with tub / shower recently renovated, a large double living room with dining room and living room, equipped with a sofa (possibly convertible into extra bed) and two armchairs and equipped with television. There are two large rooms and a bedroom, for a total of 5/6 beds. There are washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, iron, hair dryer, television. The apartment has an independent heating system and wi-fi system.
