Secret Garden, Sheringham

The property was very comfortable and in a good location. The decor in the sitting room was lovely and beautiful accessorised. We had everything that we needed .The driveway had ample space for our two small cars. The garden was a lovely place to sit, we were even visited by a deer one morning.

Everything was lovely, the only very small negative were the dust webs in some of the corners.

Wonderfully peaceful, private space, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of Sheringham when you wanted to venture out. With everything on one level, perfect for my 88 year old mum to be able to navigate safely. And enjoyvthe fresh outdoor space on days she could not manage to go out and about.

Toilet seat was a challenge, kettle slipping to the side. Ok for me and hubby to manage, but was worried mum might hurt her already damaged back.

Floors had not been hoovered from previous users Bin not emptied from previous occupier Two kitchen knive handles were insecure Wobbly unsecured WC pedestal and seat. Front door was not secure without key. It hadn't been cleaned throughout, food left in iced up freezer compartment Many maintenence issues remained unaddresses although listed by previous users over many months. The house seemed unloved by it's owners.
