Tucked away on a quiet private road with just three other houses for company, this bright holiday home offers friends and family a wonderfully relaxed base for a seaside escape in Sheringham. Leave the car behind and enjoy a leisurely 0.5-mile stroll into the heart of town, where you’ll find a fantastic selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and traditional pubs. The town is also well served by fishmongers, butchers, greengrocers and supermarkets, making it easy to stock up for family meals back at the house. Continue a little further down the High Street, and you'll reach the beautiful Sheringham Beach, where you can spend the day paddling in the sea, exploring rock pools, or simply relaxing on the shoreline. The promenade is perfect for an evening stroll, especially as the sun begins to set over the North Norfolk coast.
This generously sized three-storey home is well-suited to larger groups, with comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests and a layout that works particularly well for family gatherings and special occasions. At the heart of the ground floor is a newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen. It benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a large double shower, along with integrated Alexa technology and phone charging points. The second bedroom is a well-proportioned, dual-aspect room with a king-size bed and additional flexibility for work or study, including a dedicated desk setup, a printer, and an Ethernet connection for stronger Wi-Fi. The second floor hosts the third bedroom and games room/snug .
