Perfect winter retreat with family- will be back!

Fabulous property, had everything we needed with plenty space for all the family to have their own chill out areas as well as enough space for us all to spend time together. Loved the kitchen, very well stocked with anything we could have needed, with the very kind touch of a welcome basket to get us started with a few essentials. The host was very attentive and helped us with what we needed. Parking perfect as we had three vehicles. Thank you!

Birthday weekend in Sheringham

Amazing communication with the host, who could not do anymore to make us feel welcome and provide us with a wealth of information on the local area to ensure we had a relaxing visit. Property is very well kitted out in a location on the edge of town within easy walking distance, providing relaxing surroundings away from the main road. The garden is also a good size and well kitted out for el fresco dining or enjoying a few drinks on a sun day. The whole family liked the house, and we would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great location and the house worked for our needs. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed morning coffee sitting there.

The rooms are spacious and everything is well equipped.

The towels are a little thin and we could have done with a few more.

A fabulous, family friendly, well equipped house.

Fabulous house in Sheringham! The house is spacious and was spotlessly clean. It is the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in with plenty of crockery and cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment as well as up-to-date technology. There is a spacious hard landscaped garden which would have been nice to sit in in warmer temperatures. The house is a 10 minute walk downhill into Sheringham centre and Tesco and slightly further to the seafront. (The sea can be seen from the first floor!). A lovely small town with good facilities and lots of lovely walks nearby, it was perfect for our family of 6 adults and a dog. Chris, our host, was friendly with good communication regarding the property and the surrounding area both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to a return visit.

Amazing host with beautiful house at great location

Chris was an amazing host. Send out all useful information about the local area and about the house. . Really helped us planning our days ahead. The house was absolutely beautiful too. One of the best place we have ever stayed. Very clean, kitchen was very well equipped and all beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the game room. So much space even for two families .

We absolutely loved the house. It was beautifully furnished, with every attention to the finer detail. It felt like home. We loved the location, just a short walk to the amenities and the beach. We really liked the liaison with the chris the host as this helped us to settle in more quickly and make the most of our stay.

We have booked again to visit in the summer as the only downside was the weather! And that still feels too far away!

A very comfortable stay. Our host was welcoming and informative, even leaving us a basket of treats.

Close proximity to all services, restaurants and main shopping precinct. Easy parking onsite. Excellent heating and very comfortable beds. Quiet and private.
