Excellent location. Walking distance to main high street and beach.
The bed mattresses in bedroom 5 and bedroom 3 top bunk were very springy and noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on and woke you due to the noise of the springs.

Lots of space. Basic but clean. Garden with table & seats out the back. Access to the shed for cushions & 4 beach chairs. Fab location. Got 2 cars on the driveway but there were always spaces on the road. V quiet street.
Bbq rusty & not really usable. 13 tog duvets but we got round that with just the sheets & thin blankets (in the cupboards) over our feet. Perhaps put a small stool in each bathroom?

Beds were very comfortable
Good location
For the price I was hoping for a bit better quality
Some of furniture was poor quality
Dishwasher didn’t seem to work properly
