My family of seven stayed here for two nights , it was perfect in every way .
A beautiful house , quality furniture and soft furnishings, rooms very spacious, beds so comfortable. Tanya is an amazing host very responsive she has thought of everything to meet customers needs , even a welcome hamper . I would highly recommend this property.

The rooms where large and beautifully decorated there was plenty of seating and space to accommodate all of us. The beds where comfortable with quality linen. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The Christmas decorations and tree really made it feel special and so cosy. Great location to access all Sheringham has to offer within walking distance. Tanya the host was very helpful and easy to contact.

Really nice size for 2 families . And ever so welcoming . Wonderfully decorated - we immediately just felt like home . Tanya is such a lovely host . A host you just wish for. Really helpful in advance with all questions we had . Highly recommend it !

We all loved our stay and it was great value for money.
Everything possible had been provided, including children's games and toys - all in excellent condition. Crockery, glasses etc were all high quality in good sizes. Bedding was super comfortable. Lovely courtyard gardens were ideal for our dogs. 3 minutes walk to the prom. We didn't need to contact the host but she sent a short message on the second day checking everything was ok so we knew she was available if needed.
Nothing! We were all happy - 4 adults, a 2 year old and 2 dogs. There was lots of space for us all.

Beautiful clean and tidy home. Very warm welcome. Big enough for us to spread out and then come together at meal times. Well-equipped kitchen. Spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Tastefully furnished.
