Very cosy house. Comfy beds and lovely bed linen. Lots of equipment and nice touches like extra cosy blankets, radios, nice books etc. The owner got in touch before our visit and gave lots of helpful advice. Also left us a lovely bottle of wine, salt, pepper, olive oil and tea. Accommodation was very clean. Fabulous location- A very short walk to the town or the beach. Will definitely want to come again 😊

A beautiful house , quality furniture and soft furnishings, rooms very spacious, beds so comfortable. Tanya is an amazing host very responsive she has thought of everything to meet customers needs , even a welcome hamper . I would highly recommend this property.

The rooms where large and beautifully decorated there was plenty of seating and space to accommodate all of us. The beds where comfortable with quality linen. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The Christmas decorations and tree really made it feel special and so cosy. Great location to access all Sheringham has to offer within walking distance. Tanya the host was very helpful and easy to contact.
