Bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage, die Lage und der Blick über die Stadt, der Aufzug in den 5. Stock, Fahrradkäfig zum abstellen der Fahrräder, viel Abstellmöglichkeiten im sehr großen Flur. Gute Ausstattung.
Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war sehr schlecht, tagelang nicht erreichbar und keine Antwort auf Mails. Die Schlafzimmer können nicht verdunkelt werden, es wird sehr hell. Die Küche ist zum kochen nicht geeignet, sehr klein, keine Arbeitsfläche . Zur Wohnung gehört kein eigener Parkplatz .
