Downtown Speyer - Walking to everything - Recommend!

What’s not to like?! The house is perfectly in downtown in Speyer, at the Kornmarkt, so you can walk to everything: shopping, food, the river, tourist attractions, even groceries. I travelled with my husband, child, mother, and mother-in-law so this place was essential to have the space for us to all have our own rooms, multiple bathrooms, and a living room large enough to all sit comfortably. The pictures are accurate and it was clean. I got it because I thought the sauna would be cool - but we didn’t even use it and it was still with it! So happy it came with a parking space as well. And we stayed there long enough that we even had a mid-rental cleaning which was a welcomed surprise. It was just such a great place and really improved our time there.

Nothing! It was great! Even if I’m being picky sometimes I say “it would be nice to have a place to hang coats” but this place had that too and put up shoes!! If I’m REALLY searching for something - maybe a curtain in the kitchen to help with the afternoon sun? Or fans in the rooms? But really it was perfect.

1a Ausstattung und Lage, perfekt für Gruppen/Familien

Moderne Ausstattung mit viel Platz in perfekter Lage, die Sauna dazu ist ein toller Bonus. Haushalts Basics waren auch vorhanden und mussten nicht extra gekauft werden (z.B. Kaffee, Gewürze, Spülmittel). Für ein Gruppe oder Familie ein Traum. Die Betreiber sind super zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Davon können sich andere Betreiber eine Scheibe abschneiden. ☺️

Frischluftfanatiker hätten vielleicht ihre Problem, nicht jeder Raum hat Fenster zum öffnen dafür gibt es aber ein modernes Lüftungssystem.

Sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles war gut organisiert. Die Lage ist top, direkt in der Innenstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Restaurants und Frühstückscafes direkt in der Nähe. Wasser und Sekt stand bereit. Auch Kaffee und Milch, was in einer Ferienwohnung nicht selbstverständlich ist. Zum Ende des Aufenthalts wurde auch keine Reinigung erwartet. Super.
