Die Lage zur Altstadt von Speyer war perfekt. Restaurants und Café in der näheren Umgebung schnell zu erreichen.
Es war wirklich alles da was man braucht. Wir haben in der Unterkunft nur gefrühstückt, aber selbst zum kochen war alles vorhanden. Der Fernseher war für uns nicht so einfach zu bedienen, konnten jedoch das Spiel der deutschen Nationalmannschaft bei der WM im Live Stream auf ARD verfolgen. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer könnten jedoch neue Lattenroste und Matratzen vertragen.

Das allerbeste an der Unterkunft ist die zentrale Lage. Sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out war optimal geregelt. Der grosse Badezimmerschrank/-spiegel mit dem integrierten Vergrösserungsspiegel ist die Wucht.
Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel, aber ist halt Altbau in der Altstadt. Eine Flasche Wasser als Begrüssung wäre nett gewesen (das kenne ich von anderen bnb).

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll, sehr zentral. Badezimmer und Wohnraum sind groß genug und gut eingerichtet. Fahrräder kann man gut im Innenhof abstellen. Eigener Eingang über Stahltreppe.
Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht zu lüften, es hat zwar Fenster zum Innenhof, aber die sind nicht zu öffnen, dadurch war es sehr warm und stickig. Die Betten sind weich und nicht sehr stabil. Leider war die Wohnung voller Spinnenweben und Spinnen, da hätte man vorher mal saubermachen können, ansonsten war sie aber sauber. Für Hundebesitzer: Die Stahltreppe ist durch die großen Löcher nicht für Hundepfoten geeignet.
