Great location. Good sized bedroom and lounge. Comfortable for relaxed evenings. Well equipped kitchen.
We were only given 2 bath towels so called to request hand towels which we were told would be provided but they weren’t so we had to buy. An iron was listed but not present. A shame to not be able to iron any clothes during our stay. Also not ideal to have no option for off loading rubbish outside of the property.

Location was superb in centre of Southwold
Shower and basin in bathroom too small, if you suffer from claustrophobia the shower would be a nono, basin in bathroom so small that after you had a wash the floor was soaked very poorly designed

The location was ideal, right in the centre of the town. Very clean and good quality of crockery, glasses etc provided.
The shower was very much on the small side and obviously no parking but there wasn't really much to be done about that.

Great location near the beach and center of Southwold.
Noisy being right on the High St. Reception room quite dark. Lack of facilities - not even coffee making equipment. Such as a cafetière. Entrance in a rather scruffy courtyard at back of shops. Plastic flowers at doorway.
