we arrived earlier enough to pick up the key from the office, the lady was lovely and they were lovely when we had a problem which they sorted very quickly.
We have a holiday let attached to our house and we always leave a pint of milk, a small bottle of bubbly for each guest and a bottle of water. I also bake homemade biscuits as I love to bake. We leave tea bags, coffee etc. It's only something small but after a long drive we feel our guests just need a kettle and a biscuits. We did bring all of the above so kettle did go on. The TV drove my husband nuts, didn't bother me at all. We had difficulty getting a signal to begin with which was sorted but it did loose it from time to time. Nice having a DVD player.
