It is situated on the first floor and forms part of Suffolk House and can be booked together with The Pier, The Blyth and or The Lighthouse. The flat was clean and spacious. The only disappointment was: no shower gel or shampoo, no paper towels, no beach towels, and very limited supplies of toilet paper. Bring your own!
But the size of the place was great and it is very well situated for the beach and town. Good parking outside too!

The property was lovely and very well decorated . Ideal location for everything.The only issues we had were in the kitchen there wasn’t a washing up bowl and the plug didn’t hold the waterThe bedroom curtain rails need looking atThe main bathroom needs something to put soap etc onOther than that really nice thank you

Setting aside the lack of hot water and heating, which the landlord had warned us about but which was NOT fixed on the Monday (of a Saturday to Wednesday stay) so stayed that way throughout our stay, many little things spoiled the stay: no teapot, no spare toilet rolls (and the flimsiest possible toilet paper) , no spare rubbish bag, central living room light not working, heavy bang when doors are closed, missing cord from living room blind, curtains in both bedrooms very hard to close, heated towel rail not connected up . Shame, because it’s a lovely flat and well situated, and a little more attention to detail and better maintenance would have improved things immensely
