Not much. Just driving through a lot of wheelie bins to get to it!

Location Good Accomodation Clean Good Parking Comfortable sitting room, good kitchen and bedrooms quite comfortable
Very, very dirty and unkempt courtyard Dirty patio furniture… unable to use because of bird droppings Balcony very badly cared for… Poorly kept patio plants… nobody cares!! We had good weather but were unable to use courtyard because it was very dirty… so disappointing!! Rear bedroom needs a blackout roller blind to keep the dawn light down. In general, the owner needs to invest in updating the property to justify the letting price. Windows need cleaning! I would rate the property as poor value for money.
