Communication great, property was excellent. Very clean, had everything we needed, lovely open space kitchen and lounge, out doors space, excellent location. Would definitely recommend with improvements to bed and pillows.
Pillows were lumpy, mattress not the best and duvet cover loose so it kept tangling your legs and feet up.

thought it included parking but there was no parking so had to find street parking.
very small outside area that was unappealing to sit in due to high fencing
entry time is now 4pm and extra charged for earlier entry which seems very late for what you pay per night. Now feel air b & b is generally overpriced and quite basic. Even though not cheap still a list of instructions re disposing of rubbish etc., better off paying a bit extra for a hotel or guest house.
