A charming redbrick cottage with a lush lawned garden, located in a leafy neighbourhood of Southwold on the glistening Suffolk coast. This homely hideaway is wonderful for small families or couples unwinding by the sea with a four-pawed companion in tow. Stroll barefoot alongside the candy-coloured beach huts lining the shoreline of Southwold Beach (500 metres), before cracking open a chilled sundowner and scoffing an al fresco supper on the patio.
This pretty cottage property features an inviting interior with colourful soft furnishings, warm wooden tones, and an airy open-plan social space. Slip off sandy outer layers at the door then venture into the bright heart of the home. Prop open the patio doors and enjoy the salty ocean breeze as you rustle up a spread in the spacious kitchen. Slide out the wooden chairs arranged around the dining table, raise a toast to your special occasion, then delve into a well-earned feast. After dinner, stretch out on the squishy sofas with a sweet treat and bask in the crackling glow of the wood burner. Retire upstairs to find two well-presented bedrooms.
