- Apartamento aconchegante. Era muito bom chegar a casa depois de um dia na rua com temperaturas baixas e entrar no apartamento e sentir um calor aconchegante. - Apartamento tinha praticamente tudo o que era necessário. - A TV tinha Netflix - A localização era fantástica - Colchão da cama no nosso entender era bom

- Almofadas de dormir eram tão básicas e tão finas que era difícil não acodar com dor de pescoço - O sofá era demasiado fino que chegava até a ser desconfortável. - O ponto mais negativo, mas mesmo negativo foi que a casa de banho, que tinha banheira, não tinha sequer um cortinado para impedir que ao tomar banho a água não viesse para fora da banheira. Era impossível manter o exterior seco. - O quarto era tão pequeno que quase não havia forma de entrar na cama.

Wi-fi fungerede perfekt Ca. en halv times gang til bredden af Donau. Der er nøgleboks til både hoveddør og lejlighed, så adgangen er ikke længere væk end en SMS med koder

Vi skulle lige abstrahere fra den for os atypiske byggestil med svalegang ind mod en gård, ligesom det er svært at lave om på bygningen, som bærer tydeligt præg af tidens tand. Der er ikke noget negativt at udtale om selve lejligheden.

Хорошо организована передача ключей. Апартаменты удобно расположены, рядом с домом станция метро и остановки автобусов и трамваев. Также в соседнем доме супермаркет LIDL и обменный пункт.Хороший набор новой посуды, мебель и стены в хорошем состоянии.

В ванне нет занавески, поэтому если принимать душ, вода брызгает на пол. Не хватает полотенец. У нас было всего 2 больших, одно очень маленькое полотенце и одно для ног. И квартире требуется хорошая уборка- паутина на потолке в комнате, пыльная мягкая мебель и входные двери. Все это явно не мыли к приезду гостей. Это разочаровало.

AREAS OF EXCELLENCE: -Good COMMUNICATION from hosts, useful detailed list of need to knows, prompt response time, helpful reminders sent -Great central LOCATION with plenty of options for public transport, while also a quiet flat, windows facing away from the noise of the city. -Many SHOPS/ restaurants nearby, including a big Lidl with wide range of good quality food for decent price -Great, stylish, practical and soothing FLAT Design -Good WiFi connection - well equipped KITCHEN (plenty of utensils, pots & pans,/ for cooking, cutlery & crockery etc., fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, gas hob & electric oven, fan, sink and good size counter surface) -BATHROOM well equipped with bathtub & power shower, towels & bathmat, guest size shower gel & lotion, hairdryer, good range of water temperature, sealed toilet for hygiene, washing machine etc. -LIVING ROOM area: comfy sofa, side table for working, light options for varying brightness, big screen TV with Netflix. -BEDROOM: Comfortable bed, extra blankets appreciated -Additional practical EQUIPMENT: iron, ironing board and laundry racket Hangers for clothes and an Umbrella in the hallway

DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS & Suggestions: CLEANLINESS : -The rubbish Bin under the sink was full when I arrived -some of the surfaces were Dusty (top of fridge, top of toilet, some shelves, window seals etc.) -Some of the Plates werent completely clean in the cupboard -The Baking tray in the oven was dirty It's important to make sure things are meticulously cleaned, especially when a guest stays for quite a few days. PRACTICALITIES: -as suggested upon arrival, a more accurate DIRECTION description to the flat would in the building would be helpful. -one of the Drawers in the bedroom is jammed, not possible to use. -a couple of small RECYCLING bins for plastic and paper could be allocated in the flat, as the building has an appointed recycling area. -PLUG for the bathroom washbasin is not the correct size or type it, let's the water drain -Less accessibility: No Elevator or ramp etc. - not suitable for people with injuries/ physical disabilities. Carrying big heavy luggages up & down can be challenging.
