Luxury & Quiet Central Apartment Near NewYorkCafe

Cet appartement est particulièrement bien situé dans le centre de Budapest, au pied du métro et de nombreux commerces. Il dispose d’équipements modernes comme un lave linge , un lave vaisselle une grande TV ainsi que le Wifi. De plus, nos hôtes ont été très réactifs par rapport aux demandes que nous avons formulées. L’appartement est spacieux et dispose de trois vraies chambres.

Le seul bémol que j’apporterai est le manque de luminosité naturelle en raison de la configuration du bâtiment dans lequel se situe l’appartement.

Central location, right above the subway station and across the street from Lidl shop, the apartment itself is modernly renovated and has all the necessary amenities and services, internet is very reliable and super fast. There's a parking garage behind the building and street parking is also a possibility, although for a full day it's cheaper to go with a parking garage. Check-in instructions were clear but finding the apartment the first time is a bit like a quest. Don't skip NY Cafe, it's expensive and there might be a bit of a wait but an interesting experience.

The public square the building is on is quite busy and might feel a bit shady - although inside the apartment itself we didn't hear any noise or anything. The way from the square to the apartment involves a number of steps and is not very pleasant, for example, someone discarded a mattress in a common area of the building and there were some loose TV cables so we had to bend our heads when walking to the door of the apartment. I understand those are common areas, but I believe those are also important for the guest experience, and definitely could be improved: for example, cables should be attached to the walls, mattresses should be discarded on the dumpster, and bottles and cigarette butts in the common areas should be put away. If residents do not comply, the building managers, and maybe the police, should be involved. Because the apartment itself is great, it's a pity if walking to the door every day feels like this.

Locația foarte buna, aproape de metrou sau autobuze, la 3 min de celebra cafenea New York Caffe, magazine pentru cumpărături urgente in apropiere, gazda receptiva la toate solicitările.

Clădirea în care este amplasat apartamentul este una aflată într-o stare nu foarte buna.

L'appartamento rispecchia a pieno le foto degli interni (bello, moderno, molto ben arredato e la TV è grande e smart) ed è vicinissimo a servizi come metro, fermate dei pullman (anche notturni), supermercati. Ben fornito per quanto riguarda i trasporti. Il New York Cafè è letteralmente dietro l'angolo.

La zona dove si trova l'appartamento non è una delle più sicure della città (la sera/notte). Al portone d'ingresso abbiamo trovato lucchetti tranciati, cassette della posta rotte e un forte odore di urina. Non ci sono foto che mostrano come sono le scale e il piano di accesso all'appartamento: un po' fatiscenti e molto sporche, con vetri rotti. Infine all'interno: l'appartamento è bello e comodo, molto accogliente ad eccezione della pulizia che era veramente scadente. Macchie bianche e rosse sulle tende di dubbia provenienza, ragnatele ovunque, muri sporchi, tavolo e tavolini non puliti con briciole e aloni degli ospiti precedenti.
