Olor de tuberías, pero debido a que es un edificio antiguo con poco mantenimiento.

LA UBICACIÓN, ESTÁ AL LADO DEL CAFÉ NEU YORK, TIENE BURGER KING, MCDONALDS, SUPERMERCADOS, FARMACIA, METRO, AUTOBUS, ETC. A UNOS METROS, LAS CAMAS MUY BIEN
QUE EL APARTAMENTO NO TUVIERA CAFETERA NI GELES DE BAÑO PARA LA DUCHA, SOLO TENIA LAVAVAJILLAS Y JABON PARA LAS MANOS EN LOS BAÑOS, Y COMO ESTÁ MUY CENTRICO HABÍA MUCHO RUIDO DE SIRENAS PERO COMO LLEGAS CANSADISIMO DUERMES IGUAL

Great location and five bedrooms to fit large families
Smell of drainage odour. Bad internet connection. No comfortable beds. No good bedding. Heater only in bedrooms, barely working and not working at all in one bedroom. No living room with sofa. 1 set of keys only.
