Exclusive & Charming City Center Residence w' Sauna

It was a beautiful designed apartment, in the middle of the city center where you can find a lot of place to see. In the beginning we missed a lot of utilities and there were only 4 chairs in a 5 person apartment. But after contact with Booking, they arranged someone to bring the missing things the next day. Contact with them was very nice and they were very kind, trying to help us in any way possible. The apartment had everything you would need, it looked clean en spacious.

From far away everything looks perfect, but looking closer you can see some corners cut. Things that were not properly mounted to the walls. Wallpaper hanging loose from the walls. The second bathroom only had a bath with a hand shower, but the knob to switch to the hand shower was broken. So we had to shower with 5 people in the only shower left in the apartment. We were with 5 people in the apartment, but there were only 4 seats at the dining table, this was later fixed by delivering an extra folding chair. We did however wouldve like some more lounge chairs in the living area, as we now were only able to sit at the dining table with everyone. (As the couch was functioning as a bed)

The location is strong, giving direct access to the main metro and tram line. There is a super busy Lidl next door which is convenient. The apartment has great potential.

The place is not exactly as you would expect from the pictures. It is okay, but rather a bit meh... The interior is nicely designed but the building and detailing is poorly executed. The junction where it is located is a hotspot for homeless and other rough looking people and they sort of camp under the arch where the entrance is. The instructions to get into the property were not clear, they mentioned a key, but then it turned out the process does not require one, it's just a touchpad-code entry. Also it turned out the door cannot be locked from the inside, so we had to realise on the first day, it is not suitable for families with a younger kid as they can easily wander out to the corridor/ main staircase.
