Bright White Studio Next to a Famous New York Café

The places is as seen in the pics, 4 people fit easily, the sofa transforms to a really nice and comfortable bed for 2. The linens and towels are new and very soft. The place has all you need for a short stay, probably good for lo ger stay as well. A note the apartment is on the 2 floor, no elevator. The host is responsive and nice. The location is the BEST, you’re at the very city centre, close to a lot of bars, restaurants, metro, tram etc. The apartment overlooks the inner courtyard so no outside noise.

TV programs are not set up, a suggestion to the owner to set it up beforehand as not everyone is a technical savvy.

The room was clean. Everything I needed was there. I brought my own detergent to wash clothes and used the washing machine twice. Proper automated lock & gate and location is awesome. Visited a nice bar opposite the apartment called Habakuk. Nice area.Thnk you. Worth the money.

Only problem was-a group of young homeless ppl tend to enter the premise which is not good cause they kicked the main gate's glass when they saw us entering the main gate on first day. I know this is not the owner's fault but we got scared. At night we were worried to walk up the stairs cause of them but it was safe. More toilet paper rolls should be given. Extra plastic bags to throw rubbish should be kept in kitchen. Apart from that I had a wonderful experience for 5 nights. Thank you.

Me encantó la ubicación y el apartamento era pequeño pero cómodo y con todo lo que uno pudiera necesitar . La habitación está bien hecha para alojar a cuatro personas con cocina y sus accesorios imprescindibles y un baño con un plato ducha bastante grande. La TV fue el problema que tuvimos que no se veía y en limpieza no está mal pero se puede mejorar algunas cosas.

Pues la entrada y las zonas comunes necesitan una reforma, cuando llegamos el primer día de madrugada nos dio muy mala impresión ,poca iluminación hasta llegar al estudio .

Die Unterkunft war kleiner als erwartet, hat für 5 Tage aber gut gepasst. Die Küche war praktisch und die Lage sehr gut.

Die Ausstattung war schlecht, wir waren zu viert und es gab nur 3 Gabeln zum Beispiel. Das Klo bzw. Bad hat nach Abfluss gerochen und es hat ausgesehen als wären die Wände schimmelig. Die Sauberkeit könnte auch besser sein. Vor allem der Teppich war voller Haare und die Ecken staubig. Unter den Betten, auf den oberen Regalen oder an schwer erreichbaren Stellen wird offenbar nicht geputzt.
