The location of the apartment is amazing everything is in walking distance and the metro is two minutes away. The apartment looks just like the pictures and it’s spacious.
I didn’t like the spacing of the AC as it is right above the couch so when someone is sleeping on the couch it’s blowing right at them, not really convenient

L'appartement est bien desservi par les transport en commun et il y a beaucoup d'activités autour, le bien est très bien situé. De plus la taille de l'appartement est très agréable et il est décoré avec goût. La petite cuisine est également très appréciable, de même pour la machine à laver le linge.
Le siphon du lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché à notre arrivée et fuyait. Le carrelage était un peu collant. Les alentours sont sale et mal odorant, notamment le "local à poubelle" qui se trouve littéralement dans le hall d'entrée de la résidence !? Il est également important de noter que tout est très bruyant et l'isolation globale laisse à désirer. C'est très dommage car mis bout à bout ces petits désagréments sont très déplaisant.
