The location was very convenient, close to Termini Station and within easy reach of the city center. The room was calm, and we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage there for a few hours after check-out.
Nothing important to mention, especially since we only stayed for one night. Overall, everything was fine for a short stay.

Located in nice area away from the station but only a 5 minute easy walk. Rebecca was wonderful, assisting with luggage and brief parking help.
No shelving in shower cubicle, limited hot water for 2 person to use, water went cold in approximately 10 minutes.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Very well air-conditioned, which was especially appreciated in the extreme Roman heat in July. Staff was very friendly and fluent in English. Location near Roma Termini was very convenient; even though there are probably nicer neighborhoods to stay in Rome, the convenience of the location made up for it.
May be a little hard to find at first and we didn't know how to enter the building when we first arrived. Elevator was very small (although many places like this in Rome don't even have elevators so can't complain too much).
