    It was a good experience for the price. One thing to keep in mind: they charge a city tax separately at check-in, so the price you pay here does not include it (6€ per person, per night). Aside from that, I’d happily recommend it.

    Booked room type with street view window but arrange no window room. Reception just answer me they can’t do anything and deny to cancel booking or refund. Just ask me go to complain them by their giving email address.

    The location is great to explore Rome. I booked 3 rooms for our group with 2 rooms to be occupied a day before i arrived. We were to stay in this hotel for 5 to 6 days. The ac for 2 rooms was broken. We were told it was under repair and were given fans. After 2 days, we were provided with new rooms on their 5th floor with split type ac units. Up until the end of our trip, I doubt the ac of the lower floors were ever fixed. Some front desk staff also showed visible annoyance when asked to fill our water bottles. A dedicated water fountain or sink would have been nice. Bathroom sinks for drinking water is just unhygienic.
