The communication from the host was great, the apartment was very clean with plenty of towels and bathroom necessities. The parking spot was especially convenient and the air con was gratefully received. The house had lovely character, and suited us for our needs. Large useful fridge and freezer. Great location if you have a car.
There was nothing that we didn't like - I supposed if I were to be picky - I would say that the kitchen area was pretty basic and lacked a couple of extra glasses/ cutlery options but there was enough for us for a few days. The pillows could potentially be due an upgrade.

La sympathie de l'hôte, la clim, la place pour se garer, la proximité avec les bus pour se rendre dans le centre d'Annecy.
Le fait de devoir faire le ménage (et pas simplement de ranger) avant de partir !

L’appartement est top et propre, les chambres sont belles et lumineuses, la salle de bain et la cuisine sont très modernes, la terrasse est bien placée. C’est un appartement que je recommande fortement. De plus, il est bien équipé (linges, draps, vaisselles, machine à café, savon…)
Le petit point qui peut être un peu dérangeant pour certaines personnes lors de la nuitée, je dirai l’emplacement de l’appartement par rapport à la route principale qui est très proche. On peut entendre facilement le trafic.

The property was not well marked, it would help to have the address clearly denoted on the outside of the building. While it was clear that there was much effort put into remodeling, there were quite a few things missing and everything didn't seem clean. It was loud in the bedrooms from the traffic circle right outside the window. It seemed like an old back house/shed that someone fixed up inside to live in.
