This was a spacious place to stay for our family of 5 and located just 10m driving from Europa-Park. The apartment was new and clean and located an easy walk to a tasty Kurdish pizza place and a short drive from a grocery store. The place does not have a lot of character but it was just what we needed to crash for a few nights after long days at Europa-Park with kids!

Great apartment in a perfect location

New apartment, perfectly furnished. 5 minutes drive and 15 minutes walk to Europa Park! Living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes for every use. We were in a ground floor apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms, living room and outdoor seating area. We did not meet the staff but they are available for any request and respond quickly. They asked about our well-being. Self-check-in with a code given before arrival.

The exterior is not finished yet. Air conditioners are missing (there is preparation). The 5 of us staying in a 2-room apartment was very comfortable but additional toilets or at least outside the bathroom would have been very helpful.

Amazing luxury apartment, very well equipped, beds very comfortable, quiet and relaxing stay, very close to supermarket, restaurants, take away, ice cream, clothing stores and Europa park, in a lovely rural area, surrounded by nature. We had an amazing stay.

Stylisch aber mit Ausbaupotential. Trotzdem gerne wieder!

Die Einrichtung ist modern und stylisch und die Betten sind super bequem. Wir haben spontan noch einen Hochstuhl organisiert bekommen- super Service! Airhockey und Spielekonsole waren für die Kids der Hit. Die Whg ist allgemein sehr groß und hat im Sommer eine wundervolle Terrasse. Wundervoll warm, obwohl die Heizung nicht groß aufgedreht war. Fussbodenheizung.

- das die Rauchmelder überall verteilt waren aber nicht dort, wo sie hingehören (an die Decken!) Gerade im Schrank hat sowas nichts zu suchen!!! -Die Küchenausstattung ist für Familien mit Kindern nicht ganz optimal (es fehlen Rührschüssel, Schneebesen,Kochlöffel, vielleicht Brettchen, Litermaß..), - Leider ist die Whg sehr hellhörig, da fast keine Teppiche ausliegen. Die Treppe knarzt extrem. Mit Kindern kann dies schon ein wenig nerven. - oben fehlt ein Sessel o.ä. für Fernsehabende mit der gesamten Familie (alle aufs Sofa quetschen ist nicht so bequem)

Excelente ubicación, a menos de 15 minutos del Europa Park. Apartamento moderno, agradable y con todas los servicios para una estadía inmejorable. Ideal para venir en familia.

Todo bien, solo un detalle, que no había dónde colgar la toalla de mano en el baño.

Super, haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Unterkunft kann man sehr empfehlen.

Es ist sehr schön modern eingerichtet, sauber, gute Ausstattung. Gute Kommunikation zu den Vermietern. Sehr hell durch viele Fenster. Gute Menge an Geschirr, dass man nicht gleich spülen muss. Nähe zum Europa-Park und Rulantika. In der Nähe ist ein Rewe, Apotheke und Restaurants und ein Dönerladen. Kostenfreier Parkplatz.

Es fehlen noch Vorhänge oder ähnliches, damit man nicht so auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt, sonst kann jeder reinschauen. Wir hatten fast immer die Rollläden unten. Mir fehlte noch ein Staubsauger, denn mit Kind gibt es immer Krümel.

Perfect appartement in de buurt van Europapark

Perfecte ligging voor Europapark, Zwarte woud, en diverse steden. Nieuw appartement, schoon, en logisch ingedeeld. Last minute kon er nog een kinderstoel geregeld worden.

Te weing handoeken, 1p.p voor een week. Al moet ik erbij zeggen dat we niet om meer gevraagd hebben tussendoor.

Perfecto apartamento en la Selva Negra

El apartamento estaba muy bien, bien situado para visitar Europa Park o para recorrer la Selva Negra, en un pueblo muy tranquilo, y aunque estaba al filo de una carretera, no se escuchaba prácticamente nada, el vecindario muy tranquilo también. Las camas grandes, los dos baños muy bien, e incluso una máquina de air-hockey en la segunda planta, y una PlayStation en la primera, para hacer las tardes noches más agradables.

Hubo una persiana que no abría, y la campana extractora solamente conseguimos encender la luz, el resto de botones no funcionaba, o al menos no conseguimos encenderla. Aún así, que entiendo son problemas que pueden pasar en cualquier casa, sigue siendo un magnífico apartamento donde estar unos cuantos días. La limpieza debajo de las camas deberían revisarla para hacerla más a fondo

Un fantastico appartamento, molto comodo per Europa Park e per i dintorni che sono stupendi.

appartamento molto grande e spazioso, con letti comodissimi per tutti, 3 camere con letti matrimoniali, due soggiorni, tavolo da gioco per i ragazzi, due bagni e cucina, tutto sembrava nuovo. pulitissimo e silenzioso.

Mancavano solo alcuni accessori (scolapasta, piatti fondi) in cucina, e una tapparella del soggiorno era guasta ma mi hanno detto che avrebbero sistemato appena possibile.

Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement dicht bij Europapark

Erg net appartement met veel zorg ingericht. Prima bedden en mooie schone badkamer. Erg goede ligging als je naar Europapark wil. De verhuurders zijn goed bereikbaar. Als er problemen zijn of als je een vraag hebt, wordt er snel op geantwoord en proberen ze de problemen snel te verhelpen. Erg fijn.

דירה מדהימה, חדשה, מאובזרת, נקייה, מרווחת. שני חדרי שינה גדולים, סלון מרווח, מטבח גדול. מיקום מעולה, 5 דקות נסיעה מפארק אירופה ורולנטיקה. מקום שקט.

במתקני הדירה מצויין שיש מכונת כביסה, אבל אין מכונת כביסה בדירה. בעלי הבית יאפשרו לנו לכבס במכונת כביסה שנמצאת בחדר שירות בבנין. אין מייבש. לנו זה היה חשוב, כי חיפשנו דירה עם מכונת כביסה. אין גם פן .

Einfach grandios

Die Unterkunft ist nagelneu die sogar noch neu riecht. Eine unheimlich Moderne Wohnung, der es an nichts fehlt. Noch nie habe ich in solch einer Unterkunft für diesen Preis übernachten dürfen. Eintritt erhält man über einen PIN den man vor Anreise erhält. Somit ist Check-in und Check-out problemlos möglich. Die Küche ist mit modernen Markengeräten ausgestattet. Von der generellen Ausstattung ganz zu schweigen. Eine tolle Airhockey Anlage im Obergeschoss lässt bei einem gemütlichen Abend vor einem riesigen TV keine Wünsche offen. Sogar Brettspiele sind vorhanden. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezessionen aber solch eine Unterkunft muss unbedingt empfohlen werden. Wir haben eine Jahreskarte für den Europa-Park und werden schon im Juni wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Spielekonsole hat gefehlt/ Balkon war noch gesperrt. (Noch nicht fertig) Absolut verständlich bei dem Preis. Aber kein Hinweis bei Buchung
