Piazza Venezia Luxe Apartment

Let me begin by stating the simple fact: this apartment was the PERFECT place for my little family (Me, my wife, and my 11 year old son). It was clean, comfortable, safe, and located perfectly in the heart of everything. Beyond the basics, our host Angelo was a true host. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the apartment, how to use everything, and gave us plenty of tips on where we should go. Before we arrived he helped me secure transportation from the airport that went flawlessly and helped us again with transportation to the cruise port hours away. He made sure the house was stocked with everything we needed. There was even Nespresso stocked for us to enjoy our morning espresso without needing to hunt the streets for it. There’s details here are key: a working washer/dryer with pods, simple snacks to make sure we aren’t hunting for food immediately when we arrived, and the home was perfectly cool the entire time we were here in the HEAT of July. The elevator is an adventure on it’s own, but incredibly helpful for getting up and down especially with luggage. The apartment is surprisingly quiet given the noise of the city. And the little square out front has a fountain with cold drinking water and makes a great place to wait for an Uber ride without stress. We would happily return to this place the next time we are in Rome. Thank you Angelo for all you’ve done to make us comfortable here. We haven’t stopped being amazed at how lucky we got to find the perfect place sight unseen.

I would change nothing about the apartment or our stay there. We would happily go back anytime.

The property was absolutely perfect! Cozy beds, fantastic location, and sparkling clean! The decor and the details felt super luxurious. Martina was super professional and helpful! A++

This apartment is absolutely unbeatable in terms of location – it sits right in the very center of the tourist district, literally a two-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Almost every major sight in the city center is easily reachable on foot, and the surrounding streets are packed with fantastic restaurants for every taste. The apartment itself has been recently renovated with great taste – the design is stylish and modern, and every facility feels brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped, 2 bathrooms are spotless, and having a washing machine was a huge plus for us. The air conditioning worked like a charm (a lifesaver in Rome’s summer heat!). We had a comfortable king-size bed, plus two sofas that convert into single beds – absolutely perfect for a family trip. Even though the building is a charming 300-year-old palazzo, they’ve installed a small elevator, which made a world of difference when hauling our luggage up and down. Last but not least, the host was incredibly warm and responsive – he genuinely cared about our stay and went out of his way to help with every request we had. Everything was simply perfect. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Rome!

El host, Angelo, tiene un excelente servicio al cliente. Nos organizó la recogida en el aeropuerto, nos entregó las llaves personalmente y nos explicó todos los detalles necesarios para no batallar. Estuvo al pendiente de cualquier otra cosa que necesitáramos, nos dio mapa de la ciudad con recomendaciones y nos dejó algunas cosas en el refri para el desayuno del día siguiente, así como cápsulas de Nespresso para todos los días. La ubicación está muy céntrica. Los climas funcionan super bien (estuvimos en pleno verano) y los baños están muy amplios. Estuvimos muy contentos ahí.
