Modern Concept Suite Crocetta 4 in Lugano

Die Lage. Parkplatz vor der Türe. Unkomplizierte Checkin und Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr sauber.

Das Einzige was mE fehlt ist eine Mikrowelle.

Um dos lugares mais completos que estive. A experiência começa com a facilidade do check in e a atenção e prontidao do Valerio. Ele estava disponível sempre que precisei. O apartamento é completo com panelas, maquina de lavar louca, copos e pratos. O quarto confortável, que alem de uma televisao na sala, tem outra no quarto. A localização é excelente, tem um cafe na esquina, supermercado próximo, estou 100% satisfeita e grata por essa acomodacao.

Zu wenig Ablagefläche im Bad.

The rooms were nice. Place was clean. Air conditioner doesn’t work great. When we were there it was 40 degrees and the internal thermostat didnt go below 25 degrees, even at night, and even with multiple fans. Elevator in building was broken most of our stay (yes we had to carry down our suitcases on last day…)

The host was extremely unresponsive and obnoxious! We could not reach him for a FEW HOURS when we were waiting to check in! When we finally reached him he first pretended we had no booking until we snapshotted our reservation!! He was also really not forthcoming with late check-in even though he has lock boxes, and it does not say a deadline for checkin!! We had to send a relative to check us in as we were arriving after 9. And… hear this! After waiting for HOURS… check in was remote!! He just made him send a pic of the property to prove we’re there, and then the manager sent us videos with all info to check in!! This caused us to lose a Lot of hours, and INSANE stress. I would never stay by such a disgusting host again. (Booking.com couldnt reach him either most times…!) once we were there we were in touch with the property manager and he was more responsive (gave us a crib for an extra fee, and also a fan)
