Very clean & tidy. Location to either Papamoa or Tauranga was great. Instructions were clear. Bed was definitely comfy.

A really lovely place to stay - close to where we needed to be each day. The shower was fantastic, and the place had everything we needed. Really nice and cosy.
The noise from upstairs was quite noticeable, especially as the room is downstairs and there was a lot of movement above. The pillows on the main bed were also quite high and firm, which made them a bit uncomfortable.
