Location is exactly what we wanted ,

Apartment was too hot the fan did help a little bit, the view out of the window wasn't brilliant but your not in room for long

The apartment itself was clean, well presented, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well appointed, the facilities were good, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Its location was excellent, being almost directly opposite the Tube station, which made getting around London incredibly easy. It was pretty compact.

Access to the apartment, however, was challenging. Reaching it required climbing a flight of very steep stairs, which made carrying suitcases quite an ordeal. The stairwell floor was also noticeably dirty and the walls in need of painting, creating a poor first impression. The main drawback, unfortunately, was the ventilation and noise. The fan provided in the apartment was extremely loud, and the only source of fresh air was a window that opened into a small enclosed alcove shared with several neighbouring air-conditioning units. These units continuously blew hot air into the space while generating a considerable amount of noise. As a result, we had little choice but to keep the window open while also running the fan, making the apartment feel like a wind tunnel with the constant sound of a helicopter in the background. This significantly affected our comfort and was the one aspect of the accommodation that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Also, when you complain, you get platitudinous responses generated from AI.
