Overall, I had a good stay and would rate the apartment 8/10. The apartment is located a little outside the city center, in a quiet residential neighborhood. There was a supermarket about 10 minutes away from the apartment. The building is small and has several studio apartments, but it was very quiet and peaceful during my stay. The apartment itself is generally well equipped, although there are a few things that could be improved. The two single beds were quite low and unfortunately not very comfortable. The curtains were also not blackout curtains, so quite a lot of sunlight came into the room in the morning. Combined with the summer heat, the room became extremely warm. There was a small fan and a portable air conditioner, but unfortunately the air conditioner was not very effective. In fact, I found the fan more useful for cooling the room than the portable AC. The kitchen was well equipped overall, although I did miss having a colander and pasta tongs. I ended up buying a pair of pasta tongs myself during my stay. If I were the owner, I would definitely consider replacing the portable AC with a proper split air-conditioning system, especially for the summer months. I would also replace the two single beds with one large and comfortable double bed. These two changes would make a significant difference to the overall comfort of the apartment. That’s my opinion.

Het slot ging niet open en de telefonische communicatie werd bemoeilijkt door storing. Lastig dat zaken per app moeten voor ouderen. De tussendeur naar de garage was elke dag open en juist toen we de sleutel in de kamer achtergelaten hadden zat hij op slot. Gelukkig geholpen door een buurman

Établissement très correct il y a tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur (télé, climatisation, ventilateur, petite table, kitchenettes,serviettes, shampoing…) nous avons pas eu besoin d’utiliser la petite kitchenettes mais il avait l’air d’avoir tout à disposition, le lit était confortable, de très gros oreiller. Logement calme en tout cas nous avons passer qu’une seule nuit et nous avons pas eu de problème concernant le bruit. Facile d’accès. Hôte assez réactif.

L’odeur dans le couloir est pas agréable du tout. Moi qui aime dormir dans le noir complet la lumière du jour m’a réveillé à cause des rideaux qu’il laisse tout de même passer la lumière ( mais bon cela est un point personnel et n’est pas dérangeant pour tout le monde). Dans l’ensemble le logement était très propre mais en enlevant les draps au matin pour ranger le logement il avait des taches jaune sur le matelas…
