Le Moderne à Nîmes, proche Arènes et gare

Proximity to city centre. Air con was effective.

Entrance arrangements were not straightforward. Unable to unlock key safe which was in an awkward position. Contact was quick to respond but instructions were confusing and outdated which meant whole process took over an hour. Some things didn't work well eg roller blinds on bigger patio door were stuck and shower door had come off runners. A small welcome pack of essentials would have helped.

We chose this apartment because it was only about a 7-minute walk from the Arena for the concerts, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the SNCF station, with a few cafés and bars nearby, and there's a large supermarket within easy walking distance, which was perfect for buying food to enjoy in the apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, very secure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated. The private garage next door was a real bonus, as parking in the town can be expensive and often involves a longer walk. We would happily stay here again.

L’emplacement est idéal pour accéder au centre de Nîmes et visiter la région. L’accès avec ascenseur. Le parking au sous-sol avec un box. La grande pièce de vie. Salon /cuisine. La terrasse La rue est très calme

sehr gute Lage, zwischen Bahnhof Nimes und Innenstadt. Sauber, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Vermieter hat immer gleich geantwortet.
