De host stond direct klaar toen we aan kwamen rijden. De koelkast was gevuld met een aantal lekkernijen. Ideaal dat er ook een wasmachine met wasmiddel is. Grote kledingkast in de slaapkamer en voldoende ruimte. Top dat er airco is, paar minuten lopen naar de boulevard met alle strandjes. Supermarkt heel dichtbij.

Alleen de douchekraan was stuk. Het terras was niet echt gezellig om buiten te zitten. Door slaapbank is de woning wat kleiner, maar ruim voldoende. Want we zijn bijna niet in het appartement geweest. Voor de rest geen opmerkingen.

This is a very comfortable and luxurious place. We have had before a lot of experience living in Viareggio, but this is the best we ever had. The location is perfect for us, 9 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes from the sea. There is a large grocery store nearby, as well as many other shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment is new and of high quality, with a washing machine and a garden where you can spend time outside. It's simply incredible. The apartment is very clean, like a 5-star hotel. The owner is very helpful, he responds quickly and has been in touch with us all time. To be honest, we were delighted and would like to come back. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Struttura moderna, pulita, spaziosa e con tutto l’occorrente che serve in una casa, durante tutto il nostro soggiorno non abbiamo sentito la mancanza di nessun tipo di comfort.

It’s a great accommodation to stay in Viareggio - apartment is spacious, very well equipped and owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, also in less than 10min you can walk to the beach, and a local shop is literally across the street.

No Parking - but it wasn’t a big issue, we parked near the apartment and we paid for it daily.
